Kaisa Mäensivu
Kaisa Mäensivu is an award-winning New York-based jazz bassist and composer. She performs actively in Europe and in the U.S. and leads her own jazz quartet Kaisa's Machine. In 2018 she won the 1st prize at the Riga Jazz Stage International bass contest. Kaisa finished her Master’s degree at Manhattan School of Music in May 2017. She has recorded with a great variety of artists and her debut album ’In the key of K’ was released in 2017 followed by ’Hand Picked’ in 2021.
